Raíces is a human and virtual platform, tailored for the elderly, which eliminates the digital divide.
The project proposes, not only a fully adapted environment in usability, but also a didactic approach that serves as a first step towards the immersion and the understanding of the digital world.
The application eases the access of the elderly to the most basic services in their daily routine such as food, banking, health and entertainment.
The emphasis on the design is the development of an easy, agile and intuitive interface. The reconnaissance and association of different elements of interaction according to shapes and colors promotes a useful learning that can be extrapolated to any digital interface.
